Privacy policy

Redrawn is run by two companies: Foundry Studio LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, and Seqnova Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. In this policy, “Redrawn”, “we” and “us” mean both of them.

This policy covers redrawn.ai and the briefs you send us through it. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. For anything about it, write to ask@redrawn.ai.

When you send us a brief, we collect what you tell us:

• your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number;
• your company, its industry and location, and the size of your team;
• what you’d like help with, what’s slowing you down, when you’d like to start, a rough budget if you share one, your role in the decision, and anything else you write to us.

With your brief, we also save how you found us and what you used to send it: which button you pressed, the page that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, when you started and sent it, your device type and screen width, your browser’s language and time zone, and which browser and operating system you use.

The company that hosts the site keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run the site and keep it secure.

We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, so we can see which pages help people and improve the rest. It records the page visited, the page or site that sent the visit, the visitor’s country, and their type of device, operating system and browser. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you: each visit is counted with a code made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly our pages load, in the same anonymous way.

We use what you send us:

• to read your brief and reply to you;
• to work out whether we’re the right team for what you need, and to prepare for a first conversation;
• to keep a record of our conversations with you;
• to keep the site working and secure, and to keep out spam.

We don’t sell your details, we don’t use them for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We’ve built our own AI tools to help us review the briefs we receive: they read what you’ve sent, summarise it and help us sort it.

A person at Redrawn always reads your brief, and people make every decision about it, including whether and how we reply.

We share your details only with companies that help us run this site and handle briefs, and only so they can do that for us:

• Vercel, which hosts the site and counts visits for us;
• Supabase, which stores the briefs we receive;
• the service that sends our emails, so you get a copy of your brief and our team knows it has arrived.

Our two companies share briefs with each other, so the right people can reply. We’ll also share information if the law requires it, or if it’s needed to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights. If Redrawn ever merges with or is bought by another company, your details would move with it, still protected by this policy.

We never sell your details.

Briefs are stored securely with Supabase, encrypted as they travel over the internet and while they’re stored. Only people at Redrawn who need to see a brief can open it.

Our service providers may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States and India. When they do, your details stay protected as this policy describes.

We keep a brief for as long as we need it to talk with you, and to keep a record of our conversations. If we don’t end up working together, you can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will.

You can ask us to:

• show you the details we hold about you;
• correct anything that’s wrong;
• delete your details;
• stop using them, or withdraw any consent you’ve given.

Write to ask@redrawn.ai from the email address you used, so we know it’s you. We’ll reply as soon as we can, and always within the time the law where you live allows.

If you’re not happy with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live: in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the European Union, your country’s data protection authority.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t follow you around the web.

Our visit counts (see “What we collect”) don’t use cookies either.

The site keeps one small note in your browser, for the length of your visit, so that the opening animation only plays once. If we ever add anything else that stores information in your browser, we’ll update this section first.

Redrawn works with businesses. This site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has sent us a brief, write to ask@redrawn.ai and we’ll delete it.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you’ve already sent us, we’ll tell you before it applies.
