redrawn.ai is run by Redrawn: Foundry Studio LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, and Seqnova Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. In these terms, “Redrawn”, “we” and “us” mean both companies, and “you” means anyone using the site.

By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The site tells you about Redrawn and lets you start a conversation with us. Nothing on it is an offer to do work, or a promise about price, timing or results.

When we work together, the terms of that work are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site.

• Please give us accurate details, and only share information you’re allowed to share.
• Don’t send passwords, payment details, or anything confidential you’re not free to share. If you need a confidentiality agreement before telling us more, ask us first.
• Sending a brief doesn’t create a contract, or commit you or us to anything.

The product walkthrough and the examples on this site show a made-up company, Northstar Electricals, to show the kind of work we do. Its people, customers, figures and systems are illustrations, not real clients or results.

The site’s text, design, graphics and code, and the Redrawn name and logo, belong to Redrawn. You’re welcome to share links to the site and to quote small parts of it with credit. Please don’t copy, reuse or adapt anything else without asking us first.

Names and logos of other companies, such as the services we build on and the tools we work with, belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse or partner with Redrawn.

Please don’t:

• try to break or overload the site, or get into parts of it you’re not meant to;
• send spam, harmful code or misleading information through it;
• copy the site at scale with automated tools;
• use it for anything unlawful.

If we link to another site, we don’t control it, and we’re not responsible for its content or how it handles your information.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, Redrawn isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or business, that comes from using this site.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. The version in place when you use the site applies.
