We build AI agents and software for HR teams: shop-floor hiring on WhatsApp, joining documents cross-checked from clear photos, and payroll inputs reviewed before payday, with people making every hiring and pay decision.
The agent does the legwork. A person makes the one decision that’s theirs.
A welder applies to Northstar Electricals’ factory with a WhatsApp voice note in Hindi. The agent replies in Hindi, asks about shift and expected pay, and moves him from Applied to Screened on the hiring board as he answers. The HR manager picks a trade-test slot, Tuesday at 10:00, and the agent sends it to him.
We fix these one workflow at a time.
Then we tell you plainly what will work well, what needs a person, and what isn’t worth automating.
Talks with applicants on WhatsApp, by message or voice note, in Hindi, Marathi or another language we’ve tested with you, asks about trade, experience, shift and location, offers trade-test slots for HR to book, and gives the supervisor a short summary. It never rejects anyone; people decide.
One link per joiner for documents, the e-signed appointment letter and bank and PF details, with a checklist HR, IT, admin and the supervisor each tick off.
Before each payroll run, compares attendance, overtime, incentives, advances, joiners and exits with last month and with your approved rules, and flags anything unusual for the payroll owner to clear.
Keka, greytHR, Darwinbox and others you may run. We check what each allows first, and nothing gets ripped out.
Works with: Keka, greytHR, Darwinbox, Zoho People and Payroll, TallyPrime payroll, HROne, ZingHR, WhatsApp Business, eSSL, ZKTeco and Matrix attendance data, BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, ADP, HiBob, Personio, Deel, Workday, Deputy, Greenhouse, Workable.
Anything outside your rules waits for a person, and every step is on record.
Each CV set out against the job, with gaps listed.
Organises each candidate’s details against the job’s requirements and points out what’s missing, so the recruiter can judge. It doesn’t rank or reject anyone.
Joining papers cross-checked so names, dates and numbers agree.
Reads clear photos of ID, PAN, bank proof and certificates, checks that names, dates of birth and numbers agree, and passes any mismatch, or anything it can’t read clearly, to HR before the first payroll. Copies are stored masked, with access limited.
Leave and missed punches requested by message, approved with one tap.
Takes requests as text or voice notes, checks the leave balance, roster cover and punch records, and sends each to the supervisor for one-tap approval before updating the HR system.
Contractors’ PF and ESIC papers matched with gate attendance.
Reads each contractor’s monthly PF and ESIC challans and wage register, matches them with gate attendance, and holds the contractor’s bill until HR clears any gap. It checks the papers; it doesn’t certify compliance.
Staff questions answered from their own records and your policies.
Answers staff questions on WhatsApp or a kiosk, in the languages we’ve tested with you, from the person’s own records and your policy documents, showing which policy it used. Sensitive or unclear questions go to HR.
Exit clearance, final pay and documents organised by your policies.
Organises clearance, final-pay workings, documents and approvals by your policies, for HR to check before anything is paid.
Payslips, leave and attendance on WhatsApp, behind a PIN.

No. Agents collect, check, draft and flag. People make every hiring, rating and exit decision, you choose which steps always need approval, and applicants can always ask for a person instead.
Yes. It works on WhatsApp, with messages and voice notes in the languages we’ve tested with you, or on a kiosk, with nothing new to install.
Usually, yes. We check what each tool allows first, then connect through its API or a file export. Where neither exists, we tell you plainly, and uploads to government portals such as EPFO stay with your team.
We set up your rules on wages, final settlement and appointment letters with your advisers, and update them when the rules change. The agent flags exceptions, and your advisers make the call.
Only the people you choose can see it, ID copies are stored masked, and you decide how long records are kept.
